Alvar Myhlback new ambassador for CeraVe

Skincare brand CeraVe, which wants to make taking care of your skin simple, is now introducing its new ambassador for Sweden: 18-year-old super talent Alvar Myhlback. As one of Sweden's most promising cross-country skiing stars, Myhlback symbolizes a growing consumer group for the skin care brand. The ambassadorship will be visible on CeraVe's social media and Myhlback's own channels, among other things.


The Swedish ski talent Alvar Myhlback has a number of significant successes under his belt. With his third place in Vasaloppet 2024 at the age of 17, Myhlback became the youngest ever to stand on the podium. Already at the age of 16 in 2022, he took silver in the sprint relay at the Swedish Championships. In 2024, Myhlback also won two gold medals in the Junior World Championships, in both the 10 km classic style and the relay. Myhlback is now entering a new arena; as he is the new ambassador for the dermatological skin care brand CeraVe, which has become a favorite among young people around the world. The two-year ambassadorship begins in September and extends over two seasons until April 2026.

The lifestyle I live, with a lot of training both indoors and out in the cold air, makes it extra important for me to take care of my skin with products that are both easy to understand and use. At the beginning of the year, CeraVe was proud to announce hosting the 2024 edition of Vasaloppet 45, the race where professional skiers and exercise enthusiasts meet to tackle a part of the historic and prestigious ski trail between Sälen and Mora. Now, the skincare brand is increasing its commitment even further and entering as full-year sponsors of Vasaloppet 2025 with continued hosting of Vasaloppet 45. During Vasaloppet's winter week, you can find CeraVe on the trail cheering on the participants, in the fair where delicious product samples will be given out and competed for, and in the form of a pop-up shop where participants and visitors will be able to purchase CeraVe products.
